Everything! Fabulous warm welcome by reception staff , lovely room , bed so comfy we slept 9 hrs each night of our 5 night stay. Black out curtains amazing , coffee tea and water , the room and hotel was beautifully designed in every way. Totally Value for money . Fantastic staff, lovely views from a rooftop terrace morning and evening just my favourite stay I’ve had in a city. Puts London to shame

Birthday weekend.

The standard room was large enough for ourselves. The breakfast was good and had a good varied selection. The location was excellent allowing us to walk to walk to everything. Great selection of restraunts within 5 minutes walk and we enjoyed a cocktail on the terrace on arrival with some lovely small bites. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Strange open aspect to the shower as mentioned by other guests. Can be a little noisy outside into the early hrs.

The staff is amazing and Andrea was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed also Rex was amazing and helped with everything! The breakfast options are amazing and we didn’t feel limited with options.

The rooms lighting are a bit dark. It would be wonderful if it’s a little bit brighter but I’ll always be back

Loved the location. Made it so easy to walk everywhere to see the sights. Included breakfast was a great way to get our day started. And the staff was wonderfully friendly AND helpful at every turn. We WILL come back!!

Superb, excellent location, clean and comfortable.

Excellent location, down one street walk to the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and an easy walk to most monuments. Excellent breakfast buffet. Great comfortable clean room. The furniture in the room was new. Great rooftop and professionally friendly staff.

Good location, clean and comfortable.

The location was very central and an easy walk to most monuments. Very Clean and very modern fit out. Friendly staff

Not great dinner options close by with out a lot of planning. We asked the Concierge for recommendations in walking distance, we arrived late and wanted a quick nice meal, walked to both and they were both were full. Came home hungry. We also couldn't use the rooftop bar to have drinks with friends as it was booked out every night of our stay for external events, I think they should reserve tables for house guests. The bathrooms are very open plan and don't offer a lot of privacy. Not great if it's that time of month for you.

We had a wonderful time, the staff was wonderful to us. And I loved the location.

Breakfast room was tight, had a hard time manuvering around the chairs Location was awesome down one street and there was piazza navona. The staff were wonderful and helpful when our flight was cancelled. the room was very nice a good size but with two suitcases a little cramped. I don't understand why the toilet paper was behind me and the sanitary bags in front of me I think it would have been smarter the other way around. It was pricey, Hotel Jazz which maybe wasn't in as good a location was in all other ways comparable for half the price.

the toilet was huge I was afraid I was going to fall in and I can never figure out the showers. The rooftop view was phenomenal.

I enjoyed my stay , the city and the hotel as well!)

Most of all the perfect location, breakfast and also the staff , they were very nice and professional)!and also the view from the top of the hotel was so beautiful)!

Maybe the only thing I did not like was that the bathroom did not have a separate door.
